Our soft play setups are designed specifically for children ages 1–5.
For safety reasons, older children and adults may not use the equipment. -
No. Mini Play District does not provide childcare services.
Adult supervision is required at all times during the rental period. -
Each rental includes:
• Delivery
• Professional setup + breakdown
• Sanitized soft play equipment
• Ball pit
• Climber set
• Grocery store themed play stand (based on package)
• Soft foam mats

Standard rentals include 2 hours of play time.
Additional time can be added:
• $50 for 30 minutes
• $100 for 1 hour -
We primarily serve Essex and Passaic County.
• Free delivery within 10 miles
• $20 fee for 10–15 miles
• $40 fee for 15–20 milesEvents beyond 20 miles may require a custom quote.

Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
Dates are not secured until the deposit is received.

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event may receive credit toward a future booking.
• Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit.Weather-related outdoor cancellations may be rescheduled based on availability.

Yes. All equipment is thoroughly sanitized before and after each rental.
We do not allow food, drinks, slime, face paint, confetti, or sharp objects in the play area.

Yes, outdoor setups are permitted if:
• The surface is flat and dry
• A covered area is provided
• Weather conditions are safeWe reserve the right to refuse setup in unsafe conditions.

No. Our equipment is designed for toddlers only. Adults and older children may not climb, sit, or lean on the structures.

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance for weekend events. For weekDAY events, there is EXTREMELY LIMITED availability, so please reach out before considering booking for a weekday.
